3.4 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during Account registration. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a date of birth that is accurate. win788 will not process withdrawals to payment methods that do not match the registered account name.
3.5 KYC Verification. win788 may at any time require Players to complete KYC verification by submitting a copy of their Pakistani CNIC or other government-issued identification. Accounts pending KYC verification may have deposit, withdrawal, and betting functionality restricted until verification is completed.
4.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your win788 Account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. win788 support staff will never ask for your password.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify win788 immediately via live chat or the support email if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation. win788 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the Player has been negligent in maintaining the security of their credentials.
4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. win788 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP delivered to your registered Pakistani mobile number. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA as an additional layer of account security.
4.4 Shared Devices. Players accessing win788 from shared devices — including at cybercafés, family phones, or office computers in Karachi, Lahore, or elsewhere — must ensure they log out fully after each session. win788 bears no liability for account access or activity on shared devices.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. win788 supports the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). win788 does not accept international credit cards, cryptocurrency, or foreign-currency transfers.
5.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum single deposit is Rs 100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on the payment method and account verification status. Specific limits are displayed at the time of deposit.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. The minimum single withdrawal is Rs 200. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to account verification. win788 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
5.4 Withdrawal Timelines. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within minutes of approval. HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers may take 15–30 minutes following approval. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
5.5 Bonus Restrictions. Funds received as a Bonus are subject to Wagering Requirements before withdrawal. Players may not withdraw bonus funds or winnings derived solely from bonus play until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
5.6 Transaction Fees. win788 does not charge players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your Pakistani bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside win788's control.
6.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed on win788 — including cricket betting, American football, live casino wagers, slot spins, and arcade game stakes — are subject to the specific product rules displayed within the Platform at the time of play. In the event of any conflict between product-level rules and these Terms & Conditions, the product-level rules shall prevail for that specific product.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. win788 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event with an obvious pricing error, where the maximum stake for that market has been exceeded, or where win788 has reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of the event.
6.3 PSL and Cricket Betting. For PSL, international cricket, and other cricket markets, bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or designated result provider). Bets on abandoned or rescheduled matches will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules for that event.
6.4 Live In-Play Bets. In-play bets are accepted subject to data feed availability. win788 will void in-play bets placed after the relevant event outcome has already been determined where this can be demonstrated, regardless of whether the data feed accurately reflected live match status at the time of placement.
6.5 Palpable Errors. win788 reserves the right to void and refund bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical error, data feed error, or human error. Notification of palpable error voids will be communicated through the player's Account transaction history.
7.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers available on win788 are subject to individual eligibility criteria, which may include minimum deposit amounts in PKR, specific payment method requirements, account age restrictions, or geographic restrictions. Eligibility details are specified within each promotion's terms at the time of offer.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met. The Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games, time window, and maximum withdrawal cap for each Bonus are communicated to the Player at the time of Bonus activation.
7.3 One Bonus at a Time. Players may not hold multiple active Bonuses simultaneously unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Stacking of bonuses without authorisation will result in the cancellation of all associated bonus balances.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. win788 monitors account activity to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk bet hedging to clear wagering requirements, systematic use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and exploitation of promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gambling. Detected abuse will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
7.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. win788 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already activated by Players prior to the modification or withdrawal.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. 10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, win788 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including financial losses from gambling activity, technical disruptions, or third-party payment processing delays.
10.2 win788 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party data feed failures (including cricket score data), and Pakistani network infrastructure issues may result in temporary service unavailability. win788 is not liable for losses arising from such disruptions.
10.3 In no event shall win788's aggregate liability to any individual player exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their win788 Account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 win788-Initiated Suspension. win788 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player Account at any time, with or without notice, where win788 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, duplicate account use, or any other prohibited conduct.
11.2 Withdrawal Upon Closure. Where an Account is closed by win788 due to a breach of these Terms, win788 may, at its discretion, withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, verified PKR balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
11.3 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting win788 support via live chat. Any pending verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
